Estate Ledger was founded by Em Rivera, a New Jersey business owner with more than 20 years of experience building and operating businesses and an early background as an apprentice electrician.
That combination shaped a simple idea: a substantial home should not rely on scattered paperwork, old emails, contractor phone numbers and memory to preserve its history.
Estate Ledger brings structure to the information behind the property — documenting what is there, who services it, when it needs attention and where the records live.

A Home Record tells you what you have. Estate Ledger Care helps make sure it stays current.
For monthly clients, we maintain the maintenance calendar, track upcoming service, coordinate the homeowner's vendors and add completed work back into the Home Record. Estate Ledger coordinates and documents; it does not perform repairs.

A comprehensive, private documentation of your property — its systems, equipment, warranties, vendors, service history and contents.
02 / Ledger Care
$750 / month
Everything begins with your Estate Ledger Home Record. From there, we maintain your home's service calendar, track upcoming maintenance and coordinate with your existing vendors.
03 / Private Stewardship
$1,500 / month
Our most comprehensive ongoing service for homes with extensive systems, vendors and maintenance requirements.
Setup fee waived with a 12-month care plan.
Homes over 8,000 sq ft are quoted individually.
